Well, American filmmaker George Lucas has a 10.5 hectares of huge estate called Skywalker Ranch in his name. Lucas has been utilizing the $100 million ranch near Nicasio, California for retreat. And guess what makes the matter even more surprising? The ranch itself is situated on Lucas Valley Road. But this has nothing to do with Lucas. The name was inspired by a landowner from the area in the early 20th century.
The traditional mansion acts as the motion picture sound mixing and recording facility for the films Lucas creates. Several of his offices are there in the ranch though he doesn’t stay there.
